I have so many pictures in my archive I still haven't shared with you. This is one of them. When I was going through my shots I opened this one which had just been labeled Editor. There is no way of knowing everyone you take pictures of and sometimes it is nice to shoot just for the pictures sake. When I opened the image I realised that actually I do recognise her now and shot her again this time for Vogue when I was in Milan in September, you can see that image here. This is the beautiful Leila Yavari, former political science Ph.D. student at Berkley turned fashion model and is now fashion director for StyleBop.com

Anyone who knows me knows I have been taking pictures of Peony for years now. And is no surprise she is a darling of the fashion editors as well the photographers. She is always beautifully turned out and it is always a treat to see what she is wearing each day. And to top it all off she is a real sweetheart too. Sometimes it is hard to decide which image to choose. Which do you prefer? I shot Eleonora at London, Milan and Paris fashion weeks. You have already had a glimpse of this shoot on Instagram. Eleonora kindly stepped to the side with me so I could take these pictures. Another photographer sneaked up behind and she told them off which was so sweet of her. I can't tell you how many times I had set up shots and others just stepped in. To the point where they tell me off saying it is not my shot. If I have time I will wait until the interloper has taken their shot and when they have finished I will continue to, or move location to get my shot. It really depends on the situation and how well the person I am shooting knows me. In this shot the lovely Eleonora is wearing a beautiful Alberta Ferretti dress and looks very Hollywood in it.

You saw a brief glimpse of Carlotta in Mondays post. She is Anna Dello Russo's assistant at Vogue Japan. As you can see I also managed to catch her on her own in a quite moment before the high energy of the Jardin des Tuileries. Nice choice as an assistant for Anna I think. Three years today was my 1st ever post. This last year has been the most amazing. I have taken more pictures than ever before and did my first shoots for Vogue and GQ. Linda and Niels of Lifestyle Hunters are great and really stand out in the crowd. The way they co-ordinate is wonderful. I first shot them here and always enjoy bumping into them. There is a lovely anticipation each day to see what their vision for the day is going to be. Today as you can see Linda has matched her tights with Niels coat and dress with his bowtie. Subtle and beautifully done.
Linda is wearing a Denis Deiem dress and Gucci shoes and is carrying a Chanel bag. Niels is wearing a custom made Blue Blood jean suit, a coat of his own design and Santoni shoes.

It is wonderful to have the sun here. I look forward to it and look forward to it, then when it arrives I  find myself looking for the shade. But the light and the warmth are still good there. I am also so pale I have to be careful. What about you guys can you be in the full sun all day or like me have to balance the two? Margo is a drama student and models a little too. I have to start my post by saying that the 1st image today is one of the reasons I truly love streetstyle photography all summed up in one word, spontaneity. If I had been setting this up we would have had to get a whole team together and cast the bike and rider for the background. Well maybe the guy on the bike would have looked different, but apart from that I couldn't have asked for more. It is such a kick when you see it all fall into place in the lens. And to have Doina as the main focus of the shot, perfect. Doina is the force behind The Golden Diamonds, her about me says that her biggest dreams are to develop the Fashion Industry in Moldova and also to become a politician. So quite a broad brush of interests. She has certainly been making in roads on the fashion front as I was just reading in her tweets that the shoot for her own collection was taking place on yesterday - Monday. And you will eventually be able to see it and buy it from here. So to give you a flavour of what to expect, the skirt and shirt in the 1st shot are her own design, which she has paired with an Armani coat, Chloe shoes and YSL bag. In the second the jacket is her own design, worn with Massimo Dutti jeans, Zara sweater, Chloe shoes and is carrying her iPad in a Stella McCartney iPad cover. Her last look is made up of a polo neck and skirt from ASOS, vintage lace over the polo, YSL shoes and she is carrying a Moschino bag.

Now isn't this a clever way to advertise your brand - write it on your bag for everyone to see. Nancy works for online magazine Un Brin Allurees, but also designs her own jewelery. The necklace and animal head rings she is wearing are her own. Her top was designed by her friend Julia Proha and her trousers are Zara.
